This week is special. Special for any engineers,technologists or any techies who are  involved in  technology in one way or the other.
This  week is the IEEE week. The day which embarks the effect of technology in the society , the day which enhances innovations in the society .
 Celebrating the first time in history when engineers worldwide and IEEE members gathered to share their technical ideas in 1884.IEEE Day’s theme is: “Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow”. While the world benefits from what’s new, IEEE focuses on what’s next. IEEE Day 2015 is the 6th edition of the same.

Members around the world have  organized special events in celebration of IEEE Day on 6 October. Now in its sixth year, the day commemorates the anniversary of the 1884 meeting in Philadelphia where members of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, one of IEEE’s predecessor societies, gathered for the first time to share technical ideas.
IEEE members from every region have organised events including technical and networking meetings, panel discussions, and social gatherings. Last year, a total of 523 celebrations took place.
So in this  year's IEEE month . Lets do a sneak peak on the latest technologies,innovations and the advancement in the field of science and technology.
